Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, don’t worry—we’ve got you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and a clear photo of the item.

What We’ll Do

If your request meets our policy, we’ll happily provide a replacement or issue store credit toward your next order.
